One Peking Road Commercial Building
One Peking is a multi-tenants commercial building and is a new landmark at Tsimshatsui. Building Integrated PhotoVoltaic (BIPV) panels are installed at the roof to absorb solar energy to operate the window blinding system of the building. These innovative and other sustainable design achievements accomplished the highest BEAM rating of Excellent in July of 2003.

Shatin Government Offices
Situated at Pai Tau Street, the Shatin Government Offices occupies a total gross floor area of approximately 33,800 m2, with the three basement levels and a single office tower of 16 storeys. The building facade is purposely designed to minimize the external heat gain into the buildling. As a result, the overall building achievements accomplished the highest BEAM rating of Excellent.

Jockey Club Environmental Building
The building is located on the junction of Tat Chee Avenue and To Yuen Street, was opened by the Hon Mrs Anson Chan, CB, JP, in September 1996. The ground floor of premises houses a 120 seats auditorium and a 220m2 exhibition facility, whilst the upper levels comprises two storeys of office space.

The ICAC Building
The ICAC Building is situated at the junction of Java Road and the down ramp from Island Eastern Corridor on the approach to Man Hong Street, North Point. The construction of the premises commenced in September 2004 and was completed by 2007. With a site area and a gross floor area of approximately 4,000 m2 and 40,000 m2, respectively, facilities in the building include office areas, a multipurpose theatre, gymnasium, recreation room, running track, canteen, detention centre, report centre, shooting range, and a three-storey car park with 137 parking provisions. In addition, a 210m2 open space at the eastern side of the site and a landscaped public accessible area is designed at ground floor level for public recreation use.

Hong Kong Community College (Hung Hom Bay Campus)
The Hong Kong Community College is situated at the junction of Hung Lok Road and Hung Lai Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon. The building is developed on a brownfield site which was previously utilized by KCRC as a workshop. The neighbouring buildings of the premises is the Royal Peninsula residential property in the north of the site (near Hung Hom South Road) and the Hung Hom Peninsula residential property in the southeast (near Hung Lok Road).
