	Cityplaza 3 & 4 Swire Properties?adoption of various energy efficiency measures in these two Grade A office buildings gave returns of 8% savings in annual operational energy costs. These and other best practice environmental achievements were recognised in 2001 with the highest BEAM rating of Excellent.

	Bank of China Tower Designed by renowned architect, Mr. I. M. Pei, and completed in 1988, the Bank of China Tower is a rectangular in shape at its base and triangular in shape from mid way to the top. Sun Chung Property Management incorporated environmental and sustainable management in building operation and maintenance. These achievements accomplished the highest BEAM rating of Excellent in July 2003.
